Description:

The Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates SH-PG1B humbucker is an A2 PAF clone. To be exact it's a clone after the original bridge Pickup from Billy Gibbons 1959 Les Paul Standard named "Pearly". Mr Gibbons asked Seymour Duncan to replicate the exact pickups of Pearly to be put into his newer Les Pauls.

The Pearly Gates pickups are built in the Santa Barbara, CA factory. It uses an alnico 2 bar magnet, nickel silver bottom plate, 4-conductor lead wire for multiple wiring options and is vacuum wax potted for squeelfree performance. Like all other Seymour Duncan PAF style humbuckers, they are wound on Seymours original Leesona winding machine from the early Gibson factory in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
