The Yamaha RGX Custom is a superstrat type guitar from the 80's and is made in Japan. It features a maple/mahogany 25.5 inch scale heel-less neck because of the neck-through construction. The fingerboard is bound and made of ebony with diamond shaped inlays with a design inlay at the twelfth fret. The pickups on this guitar are configured in a HSH configuration equipped with 2 Yamaha Live GH-1 Humbuckers and 1 Yamaha US Made Live GS-1 Single Coil. The Bridge on this guitar is Yamaha's own RM (Rockin'Magic) Pro vibrato which is a Floyd Rose licensed system with fine tuners and a system where you don't have to cut off the ball ends of your strings. The Yamaha RGX Custom is available in Purple Pearl and in Black.
