The Yamaha Pacifica 912JM is a made-in-Japan strat like guitar based on the Yamaha Pacifica 912J but has a maple fretboard. The Yamaha Pacifica 912JM  has a double locking Floyd Rose like tremolo. The first versions had a Yamaha RM-Pro II vibrato and later versions had the Yamaha RM-Pro III vibrato. The HSS pickup configuration features American DiMarzio made pickups: 2x DS1W single coils,  said to be similar like DiMarzio HS2's and 1x DH1B Humbucker, said to be siimilar like a DiMarzio PAF Pro
