The Yamaha Pacifica 821D is a high end Yamaha super strat introduced in 2000. It features DiMarzio Pickups in an HSH configuration and a TRS-PRO Floyd Rose type of tremolo. It has a "High Definition" figured maple top and comes in Cherry Red Sunburst and Translucent Blue. There is also a Yamaha Pacifica 821DX which features a Yamaha RM Pro III tremolo and a quilted maple top.
