The Yamaha Pacifica 621 was only featured in a 1994 German Yamaha brochure. It is similar to the Yamaha Pacifica 721 which also has an HSH pickup configuration. What the Yamaha Pacifica 621 doesn't have is a compound radius neck and the 5 position switch isn't a 4 pole version like on the Pacifica 721. It does have the Total Access Neck Joint and the Yamaha RM Standard tremolo which is an Takeuchi TRS-101 vibrato system.
