The Yamaha Pacifica 1412 is a Japanese super-strat developed by Rich Lasner. The Yamaha Pacifica 1412 features a neck-through construction consisting of a 7-piece maple/mahogany neck and a mahogany body with Hollow body chambers. On top of that it also features a 2-piece carved flamed maple top. The pickups are USA made DiMarzio pickups. The brochure says it has a DSRB pickup in the neck, a DSNB pickup in the middle position and a DSHB1 pickup in the bridge position. I can't be conclusive about which pickups these are. On some forums/website it is mentioned that the single coils are DiMarzio HS-2's. And the humbucker could be a PAF Pro. It could also be that the humbucker is the same as thet Yamaha Pacifica 1212 which is the DiMarzio P3 which is the OEM version of the DiMarzio Steve's Special.
