The Peavey EVH Wolfgang Special EXP was a version of the Peavey EVH Wolfgang Special that was made in Korea. It had a 1/20" quilt maple veneer top and had masked "faux" binding. The neck and fingerboard were made of hard rock maple (no bird's eye). It only had one volume knob and a three-way switch on the upper horn of the guitar. It has the same humbuckers as the US models and featured a licensed Floyd Rose tremolo with D-Tuna (d-tuner device). The tuners on the guitar were made by Grover. The neck didn't have graphite reinforcement rods like the US models and it was finished with a satin poly. There also is no hard tail version available. There's also no Eddie Van Halen signature in the headstock like the US models.
