Description:

The ESP M-II 1996 is a super strat made in Japan and was only produced around 1996 and 1997, it differed from the previous ESP M-II in that it had 24 frets instead of 22. Other differences are the neck pickup, the 1996 M-II has a single coil sized rail humbucker, and the tremolo on the 1996 version is an Original Floyd Rose as opposed to ESP's Sinclair tremolo. The lower horn on the ESP M-II 1996 isn't scooped any more. You can also compare it to the ESP M-II Deluxe which has a Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge position.Other features are:

  • Reversed headstock
  • Extra jumbo frets
