The Ibanez Lo Pro Edge Tremolo is a double locking tremolo system similar in design to the original Floyd Rose. It's produced and introduced by Ibanez in 1991 in six and seven string form. They were fitted on selective high-end guitars except the RG5xx, RG7xx, JS and FGM which continued to have the Original Ibanez Edge tremolo. In 1992 it became the standard tremolo for all high-end models. In 1997 selective high-end RG models reverted back to the original Ibanez Edge tremolo.
